[France's face is that of an extremely pleased person when it appears on the network this time around. Yes, he's clearly gloating over something.]

For Easter, I have received two beautiful and lovely additions! I have named the Charmander "Louis," and the Luvdisc is named "Étienne."

[He shifts the 'Gear to capture two, brand-spanking new baby pokemon of very different types!]

[Étienne makes a cheerful bid to cry out Hello! Hello! Won't you be our friend? You will be my friend. Yes, yes, you will whilst throwing a Captivate or two out. Louis, on the other hand, gives the 'Gear's camera a calculating look, his little flame-tipped tail lashing about behind him.]

[France shifts the camera back to himself, although you can still see the two small pokemon in the background; if you're on the paranoid side, you might get the impression Louis has plans.]

Aren't they just the most adorable pair? The sun really does love to shine upon France.

[France grins cockily and blows a kiss to the screen before turning the feed off.]

[France makes a flourishing motion before sighing happily.]

If anything, at least I have good luck with these surprise eggs so far. Eevee and Luvdisc are perfect for me.

[Louis growls, trying to look intimidating. I'm not petty! You're petty and have no argumentative abilities!

Indeed, you have been. The sun does shine upon France, this day. I myself have ended up with two Ralts - and for the life of my, I cannot imagine why.

{Renji laughs, and a little white smoke trickles out of his nostrils. You're about as threatening to me as a new-hatched Magikarp, flamelet. I have nothing to fear from you.}

[France tosses his hair cockily, although his eyes show how pleased he really is.]

[He blinks, giving Nanao a curious look.]

What's a Ralts?

[Louis stomps his small foot. You have everything to fear! My determination and my hate for you are the least of it!]

{She can't help but smile - that mood is infectious.}

And why would it not? You are the Nation of Love, are you not?

{She holds up a finger, and turns around, and there's some squeaking, before she picks something up, turning back to him, holding what looks like a tiny little white ghost, with a green helmet, which has a red crest.}

This is a Ralts. His name's Ikka.

{Ikka waves, and stares curiously at Louis. Renji is still laughing. You are so full of it! Me, a level twenty-nine Charmeleon, scared of you? Ha!}

Exactly. My lands are fertile and grand, my women beautiful and intelligent, and my men talented and strong. There is little more a Nation can desire.

[France peers closely at Ikka, obviously intrigued; he waves back.]

He's almost humanoid in appearance. What type is he?

[Louis snarls, glaring hard. You just have a head start. I will catch up and destroy you.]

I, for one, cannot think of anything else that I would desire, if I were a Nation.

{Ikka is now leeeaniiing fooorwaaards, trying to peer through his green helmet-thing, and squeaks when France waves back.}

He's a Psychic-type; and apparently being exceedingly humanoid is a distinctive trait of purely Psychic Pokemon.

{Renji merely raises a scaly brow. Tauroscrap. There's no way you can do that.}

What is desirable and what we want can be different things, but I feel I always get the best of the best in the end.

[France smiles, somewhat cat-like.]

I wouldn't mind a Ralts. He's adorable.

[Louis sneers. Or, well, as such as a Charmander can sneer. I will find a way, and you will bow to me.]

Actually, Yumi quite reminds me of you. Ikka here is a... little less genteel than may be proper.

I'm guessing Yumi is quite the gentleman, and Ikka here is a trickster?

Indeed. Ikka much prefers to fight, for some odd reason, but Yumi is quite glad to lay about and not do much.

{Renji snickers at him - geez, he's easy to rile. Yeah? Well, at least I came from a reputable breeder. Which is more than I can say for you.}

[France's lips twitch and his eyebrows go up.]

So, you associate me with laying about and not doing much?

[Louis looks Renji over, sneering again. That "reputable" breeding is rather wasted on you.]

{A short laugh.}

Not when It comes to you! Think more "lounging artfully", and "being a study in languor" than being lazy.

{Renji shrugs. Whatever, man. I at least know where I came from. And I'm proud of that.}

[France seems to consider this before nodding sagely.]

I suppose I agree with that. There is quite the art to lounging beautifully.

[Louis shakes his head mock-pityingly and snickers to himself.]

{Shrug}

I never quite mastered it, myself. Perhaps you would be kind enough to teach me, someday?

{Renji face-paws. Why am I even bothering.}

[France grins and winks.]

[Louis simply sneers, pleased with himself.]
